THE NEXUS

George Soros, one of the most successful investors and traders of the 21st century, was born in poverty in Hungary and today has a net worth of more than $8 billion. It's a remarkable story. He left Hungary as he wanted to do something related to finance and he stumbled upon the US. After working for a few years as a trader on the trading floor in the US, he made up his mind to start his own investment fund in the UK. Soros started the Soros investment fund. His strategy was mostly macro, and he mostly tried to focus on timing the markets. He used to trade like there was no tomorrow. He used all sorts of assets to generate returns. On an annualized basis, Soros was able to generate a whopping 20% return. That's not the only reason why he is famous. Soros is called the man who broke the Bank of England. The story is available on YouTube. But apart from all his investment success, what George Soros is also famous for is running the open society foundation, micromanaging opposition parties of different countries to make policies according to what George thinks, his Anti-Modi campaigns and his close relationship with the congress party and obviously, the Gandhi's. George Soros, via his open society foundation, has been running many Anti-Modi and Anti-NDA government campaigns since 2000's. He targets a country, takes stakes in some major corporations, helps open and fund an organizing based on the ideologies of the opposition as well as his own and then tries to manipulate the ecosystem of a nation. He runs many foundations in India based on the ideology influenced by the opposition.

That's not it. There is a deep relationship between the CCP (Chinese communist party), George Soros and Congress. Most of what the political leaders of the opposition think or say, is influenced by the ideologies presented by George and CCP. In fact, the CCP has been funding the opposition as well as various foundations run by George. The 2006-07 annual report of The Rajiv Gandhi foundation highlights the donations given by George and CCP. The 2009-10 annual report also shows their contribution. Many of the foundations run by Mr. Soros has trusties of the opposition leaders. In fact, the open society foundation has Mr. Harsh Mander as their advisor. He has deep relations with the opposition. Amrit Singh (daughter of Manmohan Singh) works for Soros's foundation in the US.

I'll try to present the whole saga with an example. George Soros has stakes in many Chinese corporations. China is the manufacturing hub of the world. It contributes more than 40% to the world manufacturing index. George has stakes in many Chinese companies that manufacture electronic goods which are further imported by India. In 2013, the opposition party declared 0% import duties on Chinese goods. Many favorable policies were implemented but this stands out. We are still paying for this stupidity. The reason why Chinese companies were able to capture our markets was this policy. The result: China manufactures our lanterns for Diwali, colors for Holi, electronic goods that we import, paper on which we write, our garments and many more.

Another example is of the metal, Thorium. One of the most important raw materials that nuclear weapons require is thorium. Without thorium, there are no nuclear weapons. This metal is found in the waters of Kerela, TN and in some regions of Goa. China has no deposits of thorium since its exposure to ocean and sea is almost negligible. Deposits worth billions of dollars were shipped to China during the opposition rule. Their supply would last at least 50 years. There was no way China would have been successful in developing nuclear weapons if thorium had not shipped.

The opposition leader talks about the PM's connections with Ambani's and Adani's, but what about his connection with Xi and George Soros and the CCP? Because of these policies, India has become dependent upon China for manufacturing and upon various other countries for different types of imports. The current government is aggressively promoting the Atmanirbhar Campaign because we need to be self-sufficient. We have voices being raised about this campaign because the opposition as well as other countries know that if we become self-sufficient, then many people as well as countries will face a decrease in earnings, and they don't want that.

Just so you know, neither do I vote, nor do I have an election card. The point that I want to highlight is that the nation's growth depends upon the political system, no matter how successful your companies are. One of the main reasons why maximum companies in the fortune 500 belong to the US is because of their policies. In fact, even in India, most successful companies run their operations from Mumbai, Maharashtra, but the most successful state in India is Gujarat. What matters is policy. So, think extensively before you select a leader as he has the power to either break the nation, or turn it into a superpower. And lastly, after reading about the brotherhood between CCP, Xi, opposition leaders and George Soros, I can only think of one quote which goes by, " money begets power". Thats why I love money more than Uncle Scrooge does.
